Milsted Langdon partner Steve Horton is celebrating after learning he is to receive an award after achieving outstanding results in his latest Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) exams.

Steve, who is also managing director of sister company Milsted Langdon Financial Services, is to be awarded with Best Completion Awards for his performance in both his Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management and Certificate in Mortgage Advice exams, by his local CII branch, the Insurance Institute of Bristol (IIB).

He will be presented with these awards by IIB president Richard Smith at the branch’s awards evening at the Radisson Blu Hotel, in Broad Quay, Bristol, on 26 September.

These awards come just months after Steve achieved the CII’s highest qualification, becoming a Fellow – held by just 1,209 financial advisers across the UK.
