An owner of a company that specialises in coaching dentists for greater professional success has said strategic partnerships are key to helping practices to ‘dream big’.
Writing on dentistryiq.com, Darren Kaberna pointed to a recent merger between two large US dental companies. He branded the move a game-changer, akin to Netflix’s takeover of the movie rental market, in that it offered ‘far more with less effort’.
But he suggested it spoke more of the benefits of partnerships in general, writing: “Go deep with your partners, share with them and ask them for help.
“If you effectively use these partnerships, you will see a greater benefit – dream big and have a huge vision for who you are and what your practice is.”
He added: “Your team and patients will most likely be more inspired by your vision versus just fixing teeth.”
