Entrepreneurs can shake off uncertainty

As the uncertainty over Brexit intensifies, many claim that entrepreneurs are poised to push through and adapt to the new circumstances they will face.

It is intrinsically part an entrepreneur’s DNA to take risks and to always improve and prosper during times of change because they are naturally optimistic and creative; this characteristic always finds them a route to success, even in the most chaotic of times.

The precedent was set in the UK following the financial crisis of 2008, after which more entrepreneurs than ever before launched innovative, disruptive businesses across the UK.

While London remains the undisputed hub for new businesses, there is now a greater prevalence of innovative enterprises than ever before in regions outside the capital and its satellite cities in South East England.

According to separate research, there are several attributes shared by entrepreneurs that will ensure their success in the most uncertain of times. These include focus, perseverance, courage and determination.

Starting a new business always means a leap of faith, as starting a new business is an untraveled path that requires courage. However, if there are bumps in the road along the way, sticking to the plan is crucial, which is something else hard-wired into an entrepreneur.

Finally, research suggests that UK entrepreneurs have a clear vision of where they want to go and how to remove distractions and impediments in getting there. Uncertainty around them will not be a problem, as their decisiveness and focus mean they always keep their eyes on the prize.
