Houston Dental Group has been sold to regional dentistry operator Alliance Dental Care in a landmark dental deal.
Established in 1990 as a single site practice, Houston Dental currently hold six sites in North Somerset including a conference and training centre.
The owners, Drs Ceri and David Houston decided to sell the group to plan for their retirement.
Alliance Dental Care has acquired the group, they currently run a small group of practices in Hertfordshire, Devon and Dorset.
This deal will provide them with the opportunity to expand into the South-West market.
