Milsted Langdon achieves great result for client

Milsted Langdon has once again proved that it is willing to fight for the rights of its clients as it successfully secured a compensation claim from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

A sum of £584.64 was paid to Milsted Langdon’s client following the firm’s claim for compensation from HMRC for the extra fees incurred due to the revenue’s inefficiency in dealing with a non-statutory clearance application.

Jon Stocker, Partner at Milsted Langdon, said: “This is just one of many cases that clearly demonstrates Milsted Langdon’s willingness and ability to claim what is rightfully owed to our clients. HMRC’s lack of response and general poor quality of service was recognised and it would be unfair to expect our clients to pay for their inefficiency. I am delighted with the outcome.”
