Bath-based accountancy firm Milsted Langdon is supporting local radio station Radio Bath by becoming a patron.
The station was set up in November 2020 and aims to give the people of Bath a voice to speak among themselves and to the wider world, as well as to provide a stage for the city and the many talented individuals who live in the city.
Run entirely by volunteers, Radio Bath has applied to become a charity, has social purpose at its core, and intends to return any surpluses from income to community projects.
Ian Lloyd, Partner and Head of Milsted Langdon’s Bath office said: “Radio Bath is an excellent new initiative for our city, and we’re delighted to become a patron and support their good work in connecting the local community.”
Radio Bath Managing Director, Simon McNeill-Ritchie said: “It’s wonderful to have a leading independent professional services firm on-board to share their expertise on all things business and finance. We have already lined up a Budget special interview on 4 March discuss the Budget and what it means for our listeners, with other interviews planned for the future.”
