Milsted Langdon celebrates success of talented student

We are proud to announce that we recently recognised the success of a student at Richard Huish College with the presentation of a special award.

Conor Owen, a student at the college in Taunton, was recognised with the Milsted Langdon Accounting Prize, in recognition of his hard work and commitment to his accountancy studies.

Conor is currently completing an accountancy apprenticeship, while continuing to study at Richard Huish College, and impressed his tutors with his excellent exam results and dedication to the profession.

Speaking after the awards, Jonathan Langdon, Milsted Langdon’s Chairman, said: “Accountancy is a wonderful profession, but it requires years of tough training and dedication, however I am sure with his commitment to the profession Conor has a successful career ahead of him.”

Each year our firm sponsors a number of local school and college awards events, as part of our commitment to encourage the South West’s next generation of professionals and business leaders.
