Staff and partners at one of the South West’s leading Chartered Accountancy firms, Milsted Langdon, thrilled after being named finalists at the Bath Life Awards 2017.

The firm, which has an office in the heart of Bath in Queen Square, has been selected for the Legal and Finance category at the prestigious local awards, which recognise the city’s best businesses.

Milsted Langdon’s entry highlighted the firm’s work in the local community and with organisations, such as The Theatre Royal , Bath Rugby club which it sponsored throughout 2016, as well as the advice it provides to the region’s businesses.

Ian Lloyd, a Partner at the firm’s Bath office, congratulated staff on their hard work, which led to this shortlisting.

He said: “Everyone at Milsted Langdon is excited to be named as finalists at this year’s Bath Life Awards.

“I would like to think it is a reflection of the exceptional work our team does and the support that we as a firm provide to the people of Bath and beyond.”

The team will find out if they have been successful in their category at a gala ceremony held at the Bath Assembly Rooms on 23 February 2017

Milsted Langdon has a long history as an award-winning firm and last year it was named Best Tax Practice in a Regional Firm at the 2016 Tolley’s Taxation Awards.

Its Forensic Partner, Roger Isaacs, was also crowned winner of Lawyer Monthly’s Forensic Accountants’ Expert Witness of the Year 2016.

On top of these wins the firm is currently waiting to find out if it has won at the Professional Adviser Awards 2017, which take place in London on Thursday 9 February 2017.
