Agriculture and Rural Affairs Team represents Milsted Langdon at Yeovil Show

Milsted Langdon was delighted to be one of the sponsors at the hugely popular 2016 Yeovil Show, which attracted more than 20,000 visitors from across the South West to the Yeovil Showground.

The firm’s Agriculture and Rural Affairs Team took a ringside stand, from which partners Ian Lloyd, Nigel Moysey and manager, Mark Wilson, ably supported by colleagues, friends and relatives, handed out Pimm’s and tea and coffee to guests seeking refreshment, shade, and a good view of the entertainment.

Events of note included Ian Lloyd and Nigel Moysey presenting Mr. Gregory with the Milsted Langdon trophy for the champion Holstein dairy cow, which he accepted on behalf of Mrs. Gregory.

Partner, Nigel Moysey, said: “Everyone in the region is truly delighted that the Yeovil Show has been revived, and our Agriculture and Rural Affairs Team is honoured to have supported the first event since 1966.

“We have always had an excellent rapport with local people and business leaders, and it was a pleasure to see them outside the office environment. We were pleased to be able to help some visitors with practical advice and help with queries.

“The event has clearly been good for the region, its businesses and its economy. We look forward to taking part in next year’s Show.”
