We have welcomed a highly respected adviser Jon Miles as our newest Tax Partner.
This latest appointment further strengthens our team in Bath and Bristol while reinforcing our commitment to delivering expert advice to clients across the UK.
Jon brings more than 20 years of specialist tax experience as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
He thrives on building strong personal relationships, and specialises in advising owner-managed businesses, particularly where personal and corporate tax intersect. He also supports private individuals on various tax matters along with other specialists as required.
His areas of expertise include Research & Development (R&D) tax credits, share schemes, Employee Ownership Trusts, company reorganisations and reconstructions, and tax issues relating to sales, acquisitions and cross-border tax issues.
He works with clients in a variety of sectors, including technology, engineering, manufacturing, consultancy, and professional services, offering strategic support at every stage of their business lifecycle.
