We are celebrating our shortlisting at the upcoming Somerset Business Awards 2023 for our focus on client care and support.

We have been praised by judges at these awards for the service we deliver to businesses and individuals across the county, which is why we are in the running for the Service Excellence Award.

This category recognises companies that provide a level of service over and above normal industry expectations.

Using case studies and testimonials from clients, and the outcomes that we achieved for businesses, we were able to prove our commitment to helping businesses and individuals to thrive.

This was highlighted by the fact that 100 per cent of the firm’s clients said their services met their personal and/or business needs either Very Well or Extremely well.

For more than 33 years, we have been at the forefront of providing excellent client service and the most effective advice to companies throughout Somerset.

Our Chair, Tim Close, said: “Gaining recognition at the awards for the support and help we offer to clients is a real honour and a reflection of the hard work our team put in.

“We are guided by a clear set of values that place the needs of our clients first. We regularly exceed our clients’ expectations, and we are proud of our approach to delivering successful and effective services.”

We will now have to wait until 24 March 2023 to find out whether we have won the Service Excellence Award at a black-tie ceremony held at the Winter Gardens Pavilion in Weston-Super-Mare.
