Ian Lloyd, Partner at Milsted Langdon’s offices in Bath, has spoken at an Innovation Roundtable event organised by the High Growth Knowledge Company (HGKC).
Held at Bath Priory Hotel, the event saw representatives from local law firm Royds Withy King and HGKC – a team of strategic business and management consultants based in Bristol – discuss a wide range of topics.
Joined by CEOs and MDs of eleven successful South West SMEs, Peter Quintana and Kim Jones of HGKC facilitated an in-depth discussion that explored the collective understanding of idea generation and innovation.
The roundtable group spent several hours discussing how businesses could do more to innovate and make improvements to their companies in the future.
The event was attended by business leaders from across the South West, who listened to and took part in the discussions between the three parties.
Speaking after the event Ian Lloyd said: “This event was very productive and all those that took part were able to share their unique expertise on innovation, which allowed us to explore in depth what drives change within a business.
“Those who attended said they got a lot of useful ideas out of our discussions, which we hope will allow them to drive growth and productivity within their company.”
