Award-winning South West-based chartered accountancy firm Milsted Langdon is celebrating further success after being shortlisted for this year’s British Accountancy Awards for a second year running.

The firm, which has offices in Bristol, Taunton, Yeovil and Bath, has been named as a finalist in the Mid-Tier Firm of the Year category.

The shortlisting recognises a particularly successful year for Milsted Langdon, which has included a merger and the opening of its Bath office.

Milsted Langdon will learn if it has been successful at a ceremony taking place at the Pavilion at the Tower of London on 20 November.

Chairman and founding partner Jonathan Langdon said: “To be shortlisted last year was an honour, but to reach the final for a second year running is a fantastic achievement.

“As a firm, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients, offering a level of service normally found at larger, national firms. I am delighted that this has been recognised at this stage of the competition.

This is the latest awards success for Milsted Langdon, which last year won the Best Large Practice category at the AccountingWEB Practice Excellence Awards for a second consecutive year – the only UK firm to have ever done so.
