Milsted Langdon welcomes back former trainee as new Corporate Finance Manager

Olly PullinWhen Olly Pullin left Milsted Langdon in March 2012 to work at another regional accountancy practice, little did he know that almost seven years later he would be returning to the firm where he had initially completed his training.

Olly has recently taken up the position as Corporate Finance Manager within the firm’s office in Bristol, where he will assist with business sales, acquisitions and financing, alongside Milsted Langdon’s existing corporate finance team.

He returns to the practice having worked in a similar role at another firm where he helped with deals in the fashion, leisure, hospitality, technology and manufacturing sectors.

Using his extensive experience and training, Olly is also able to assist with valuations, financial forecasting and modelling, providing owners with a clear overview of their current position and projections for the future that can aid them with the acquisition of finance or a future sale.

Speaking about his return to Milsted Langdon, Olly said: “I am delighted to be coming back to work at Milsted Langdon. It is a fantastic work environment and has always been supportive of its staff.

“The corporate finance team is a brilliant place to work, thanks to the variety of work that comes our way and it is always extremely satisfying to help projects through to a successful completion. I am sure the skills which I have gained during the length of my career will prove useful to our clients.”

Prior to leaving Milsted Langdon, Olly spent nearly a decade working in various departments at the firm, including working within the specialist forensic accounting, insolvency and audit teams. This has given him a wide knowledge of issues facing owner-managed businesses, which he hopes to employ in his new role.

Susannah Adams, Corporate Finance Partner at Milsted Langdon, said: “Everyone at Milsted Langdon is excited to see Olly return. During his time away, he has really demonstrated his skills in corporate finance and comes back to us armed with the knowledge and experience in complex matters to really assist our clients in this area, while the expertise provided during his time with us will prove useful as well.”
