Before joining Milsted Langdon in 2018, Nigel worked at Lloyds Bank for 40 years. During this time, he became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. His roles included Leadership of both internal Teams and Branches, as well as working at their Head office where he focused on planning, communication and strategy throughout the business. For the last 15 years, Nigel looked after SME commercial customers as a Relationship Manager and then a Relationship Director.

His experience means he has developed a vast knowledge of the financing options available, including loans, working capital and alternative sources of funding. He has assisted a variety of clients, ranging in size, from SMEs to large businesses with a turnover of £25m, and sectors, including construction, retail, healthcare and professional firms.

Nigel specialises in advising both new and existing clients on business planning, working capital and business structures. In addition, he can help identify possible sources of funding for both day to day support and business expansion.
