Prior to joining Milsted Langdon in September 2019, Paul worked in-house for five years at a large London based private healthcare company.
Within the group, he was responsible for Corporation Tax compliance, as well as the tax compliance for its LLPs and similar joint ventures. Paul also provided tax advice and assistance with ad-hoc projects, such as company acquisitions, and was responsible for the group tax accounting.
Before working in house, Paul was in a Big Four Firm’s Corporation Tax team, where he managed the corporation tax compliance and reporting for a large portfolio of clients, ranging from large and complex groups to small owner managed businesses. This included tax accounting, disclosure work for financial statements, quarterly instalment payments, year-end reporting and returns, as well as supporting clients in their relationships with HMRC through enquiries, negotiations and risk reviews.
His breadth of experience and in-depth knowledge means he can provide innovative tax advice to a wide range of businesses from a variety of sectors, including those dealing with international tax issues.
