Mike Lea is an experienced member of our Tax department, specialising in corporate and international tax, with an additional focus on both Employee Ownership Trusts and charity finance.

Bringing over 38 years of experience to Milsted Langdon, Mike held significant positions at several prominent national accountancy firms before joining us in 2025.

His extensive experience includes delivering bespoke corporate tax advisory and compliance solutions for a diverse range of clients, from small OMBs to large multinational groups, and across various sectors such as media, IT, aerospace and defence, builders merchants and food and drink.

He is qualified as both a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA), ensuring a deep understanding of tax complexities and strategic financial planning.

Outside of his professional role, Mike is also actively involved as a non-executive director for an EOT-controlled company, demonstrating his commitment to innovative.
