Ross is a CIM-qualified Marketing Director with a strong background in professional services marketing and a proven ability to lead brand, marketing and communications strategies.

He leads a creative and multi-disciplinary marketing team, overseeing brand development, digital marketing, internal and external communications, PR, and media relations to support the firm’s growth and reputation.

Ross sits on the firm’s Client Experience committee, which works to continuously improve our customer-centric approach and drives the practice to deliver outstanding client service.

With an interest in corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices, Ross successfully guided a cross-functional team on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters, which culminated in the firm achieving the prestigious ESGMark accreditation.

Outside of the day job, Ross sits on the PM Forum South West committee, contributing to the development of marketing best practice across the professional services sector and supporting the regional marketing community.
