We were delighted to host our first Milsted Langdon firmwide conference on 3 July at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol.

Bringing together all staff from across our offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Taunton and Yeovil, the event presented a wonderful opportunity for employees from different offices to network and get to know one another.

Chairman Simon Rowe delivered a key strategy update and presented a values session, looking at what is important to us as individuals and as a firm and how this influences the service we deliver to our clients.

We then took advantage of being in a sports stadium and encouraged our employees to get moving with a fun Sports Day-themed ice breaker activity. After a morning of talks and networking, our staff thoroughly enjoyed being able to stretch their legs and get active!

In the afternoon, we were delighted to welcome our guest speaker Geoff Ramm, the creator and author of Celebrity Service and OMG Marketing.

Geoff delivered a brilliant speech on motivation, enthusiasm, and celebrity service, offering real life examples for our staff to take away.

We’re excited to explore how we can implement his ideas into our firm to offer a truly premium level of client service.

Finally, we finished up the day with our annual summer party, allowing our hardworking team to enjoy an evening of fun and celebration with drinks, food, and a live band.
