Ed Mole supports the wider Payroll function within Milsted Langdon, providing administration assistance and exceptional client care to the users of our payroll services. As a Payroll Manager, his focus is on managing the team to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and on time, liaising with clients regarding a variety of payroll topics, and processing a portfolio of his own payroll clients.

Alongside his work supporting and communicating with clients since joining the firm, Ed has completed AAT Levels 2, 3 and 4, as well as the CIPP Advanced Payroll Technician qualification. His dedication to both professional development and client service was recognised when he won the Emerging Leader Award at the Association of Bureau Management (ABM) Awards 2026.

He receives great satisfaction from solving problems for clients and completing complex and detailed projects.
