Jason is a skilled insolvency professional with more than a decade’s experience supporting businesses through financial distress and navigating the complexities of insolvency.

He joined Milsted Langdon in August 2009 and has become an important part of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency team, working with a broad range of clients across various sectors.

His role focuses primarily on corporate insolvency matters, including insolvent liquidations and administrations, helping companies address financial challenges and identify the best path forward.

Jason’s clients range from small owner-managed businesses with a handful of staff to larger companies employing dozens of people.

He prides himself on taking a practical and empathetic approach, tailoring advice and strategies to suit the specific circumstances of each business.

Before joining the firm, Jason worked within the insolvency and debt recovery team of a national law firm, where he gained significant experience dealing with antecedent transactions and the recovery of directors’ loan accounts.

He holds a Law degree (LLB Hons), the ICAEW Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency, and the JIEB qualification in personal insolvency. This strong technical background underpins his clear and commercially focused advice.
