As Audit Director, Ryan has extensive experience working with businesses reporting under both FRS 102 and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

With more than 15 years’ experience, he has delivered audits across a range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing, real estate, care homes and mining.

Ryan specialises in coordinating and delivering large group audits, including those of listed entities in both UK and international markets. He regularly works with group and component auditors to support a diverse portfolio of clients.

His expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP helps clients ensure their financial statements are both compliant and meaningful to stakeholders.

Ryan enjoys building strong client relationships and developing a thorough understanding of each business, enabling him to provide valuable insight and practical advice tailored to their needs.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family. When he gets a moment to himself, you’ll likely find him out on a run or enjoying a round of golf.
