Cloud licence set up and migration of data

We have recently had several instances of clients wanting to move onto a cloud accounting licence with their data being migrated over to the new software, often at short notice. We recommend that migration is done either at a quarter end or year end, meaning it should be possible to plan this work into staff planners in advance.

If you are aware of any migrations that are coming up for any of your clients, please ensure a Cloud Software Set Up form is completed (which can be accessed here) and this is added to the staff planner. All Cloud Champions are trained in software set ups and data migrations, and should be your point of contact for this type of work.
