Mediation Complaints Procedure

If you want to complain about a mediation conducted by Roger Isaacs:

  1. All complaints must be in writing and addressed to Milsted Langdon LLP, Freshford House, Redcliffe Way, Bristol BS1 6NL.
  2. Complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt.
  3. Complaints will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. The procedure may specify that on occasions further time may be required, in which case the complainant will be notified of this in writing.
  4. The investigation will be carried out by somebody other than the mediator that the complaint relates to.
  5. An appeal can be submitted within 21 days of receiving the response to the complaint and any appeal will receive a response in 21 days.
  6. If the response to the appeal is not accepted the complainant can appeal to the CMC on certain grounds and details of the CMC’s appeal processes can be found here:
