Leading South West accountancy firm Milsted Langdon has been named as one of nine finalists in the Financial category at this year’s Bath Life Awards.

The awards celebrate the strength and diversity of Bath’s business community, with more than 20 categories recognising organisations making a positive contribution to the city.

This shortlisting follows one of the most successful years in Milsted Langdon’s 37-year history.

The Bath office has responded to increased demand for accountancy, tax and business advisory services by adding five new members to its team.   

Improving client experience was one of the firm’s main priorities throughout the year.

The team introduced several initiatives, including a firm-wide Client Care Code, a monthly Client Experience Award, enhanced CRM systems, round-the-clock client chat functionality and the establishment of an independently facilitated client advisory board to gather honest feedback.

The firm continues to provide clients with access to overseas expertise when required, while maintaining the continuity and personal service expected from an independent practice, through its MGI Worldwide membership.

Milsted Langdon will have to wait until the awards evening on Thursday 12 March to learn whether they will be crowned a winner.
