Milsted Langdon is delighted to announce that Senior Tax Manager, Zoe Chandler, has been named the winner of the Rising Star category at the Tolley’s Taxation Awards 2026.

The result was announced at an awards ceremony held at the Hilton Park Lane in London, where the UK tax profession gathered to recognise excellence, innovation and impact across the sector.

Zoe, who works in the firm’s Bath office, was shortlisted from a particularly competitive field of entries in the Rising Star category this year and the win caps an exceptional period in her career since joining the firm in 2023.

In that time, Zoe has helped to double the size of the Bath tax portfolio and built specialist expertise in several niche, complex areas, including assisting high net worth individuals, inheritance tax and international trust advisory.

Alongside her technical work, Zoe has played a key role in mentoring junior members of the team, building strong professional relationships and delivering meaningful support to clients.

These are all qualities that the Tolley’s judges singled out as the hallmarks of a Rising Star.

Zoe’s win sits alongside the firm’s own shortlisting in the Best Tax Practice in a Regional Firm category at the same awards.
