Rachel has extensive experience in working with corporate clients, and their stakeholders, and with individuals facing financial challenges.
She advises clients on rescue and turnaround strategies as well as providing comprehensive advice during formal insolvency procedures, providing sensitive support and practical assistance during a challenging and stressful time.
Particular areas of expertise include solvent liquidations and restructuring businesses in a tax-efficient way and advising on solutions for companies in the renewable energy sector. Others include;
Rachel joined Milsted Langdon in 1997 and passed her Joint Insolvency Examination Board examinations – professional exams for those wishing to become a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner – in 2012, gaining her appointment-taking licence for insolvency work in 2014.
She was appointed as an insolvency partner in 2015 and jointly leads the insolvency team at Milsted Langdon’s Bristol office with fellow insolvency partner Simon Rowe.
