Rob Cadwallader
Rob’s aim is to understand his clients’ goals and help them achieve their dreams.
When it comes to owner-managed businesses, he understands the importance of looking at both the personal and the business implications of decisions; as the most tax efficient remuneration strategies take account of both corporate and personal tax.
As a general practice partner, Rob advises businesses ranging from sole traders to multi-million pound turnover companies across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail and healthcare including medical practices.
Rob trained with Deloittes in London and then spent 8 years at Grant Thornton, where he headed up their Special Projects team, helping companies raise money, restructure or make bolt-on acquisitions.
