Rob is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), specialising in helping clients to find the most tax-efficient ways to do business.
He began his career as a corporate tax specialist with Andersens, working on large corporate cases in its Bristol and Thames valley offices. He then spent 12 years with Baker Tilly, where he qualified as a CTA in 1999, and ultimately managed the Bristol office’s corporate tax team. Rob also chaired the firm’s corporate transactions tax group, focusing on tax structuring for corporate finance transactions.
He joined Milsted Langdon in 2009, becoming a partner in 2011, and is based in the firm’s Taunton and Bristol offices.
Rob brings a wealth of experience to his wide-ranging tax planning work with owner-managed, AIM and smaller listed businesses and with their shareholders and directors.
Clients value his practical, knowledgeable and straightforward approach and his regular contact with his clients ensures he is able to deliver proactive, targeted advice.
