Say hello to our 2025 trainees as we continue to nurture talent across Milsted Langdon
Developing the next generation of accountants has always been part of who we are at Milsted Langdon.
This year, we are delighted to have welcomed eight new trainees across our offices as we continue to invest in local talent and strengthen our future teams.
In our Bath office, we were pleased to welcome Max Burge and Jordan Goodwin to the accountancy team.
Our Bristol office has grown with four new trainee accountants – Joe Redgers, Jaroslava Malinova, Owen Dyer and Bryn Powell – each bringing a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the department.
Meanwhile, our Taunton office has been joined by Josh Lowrie and Charlie Hunt, who are already settling into life at Milsted Langdon.
All eight trainees joined us throughout 2025, and each will embark on their professional qualifications with us, whether that is ACCA, ACA or ATT.
Alongside their studies, they will work closely with our experienced accountants, gaining valuable hands-on experience, building technical confidence and developing the client service skills that sit at the heart of our profession.
Supporting young accountants at the start of their careers is one of our core commitments, which as Alumni’s you will have experienced yourself.
Many of our current partners and managers began their journeys in the same way, as trainees learning from the people around them, and it is something we take great pride in continuing.
Our People Partner, Rachel Hotham, expressed it perfectly: “We’d like to offer a very warm welcome to our trainees and wish them all the best in their journey with us.
It’s always exciting to welcome new talent and new ideas into Milsted Langdon. Our trainees will play a key part in supporting our teams and ensuring our clients continue to receive the outstanding service they deserve.
Bringing new trainees into the firm reaffirms our commitment to nurturing the best emerging accountants and supports our long-term growth and high professional standards. Many of our senior people began their careers here, progressing, thriving and shaping the culture that defines Milsted Langdon today.
We are thrilled that our newest team members have chosen to start their careers with us, and we will support them throughout their training, offering a positive and encouraging learning environment that helps them grow into the very best they can be.”
We are proud to play a part in shaping the future of the profession and look forward to supporting our new trainees as they learn, develop and progress.
