Milsted Langdon and Belmont Estate unite to support sustainability and employee wellbeing

Milsted Langdon is pleased to announce a new partnership with Belmont Estate, a regenerative organisation working to create positive environmental and societal change through nature restoration, climate action and community connection.

Their work spans nature recovery, organic farming, nature connection, community and corporate engagement, and natural capital solutions, all designed to inspire action.

This collaboration reflects our commitment to sustainability, giving our employees the chance to connect with the environment while contributing to meaningful conservation work.

Through this partnership, our team will have access to Belmont’s beautiful grounds for volunteering, events, and team activities.

Employees can take part in hands-on projects like rewilding and habitat restoration, directly supporting efforts to protect biodiversity and address climate change.

Henry Rossiter of Belmont Estate shared his thoughts on the partnership: “We are delighted to welcome Milsted Langdon as a Belmont Partner. Their dedication to excellence in business and their passion for sustainability aligns perfectly with our ethos.

“Their partnership will help us make a real difference in climate action, nature recovery, and community well-being.”

Our involvement supports Belmont’s free nature-connection programmes, which help people from all backgrounds experience the positive impact of the natural world.

Additionally, our partnership will contribute to abating or offsetting one tonne of blended carbon per member, further reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.

The Milsted Langdon team will enjoy priority access to Belmont’s unique events, from guided nature walks and live music to outdoor cinema and farm-to-table dining.

Guy Armitage-Norton, Partner at Milsted Langdon, added: “Working with Belmont Estate is a fantastic opportunity for us. It allows us to play a role in vital environmental work while also giving our team a space to step away from their desks, enjoy nature, and be part of something bigger. We’re excited to see how this partnership grows.”

We look forward to taking part in the events, workshops, and team days that bring our people closer to nature and each other.
