Ben is an experienced Chartered Tax Adviser that predominantly provides tax advice and compliance for private clients, partnerships, estates and onshore and offshore trusts.
With more than a decade spent within the profession working within practices across the South West and a Big Four firm, he has an incredible depth of knowledge and a real tenacity to help clients minimise their liabilities whilst remaining compliant with legislation.
Ben has a particular interest in international taxation and UK residency and domicile issues, but also regularly advises on matters relating to Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax. Ben has acted for numerous clients with previously unreported income and capital gains, dealing with the disclosure to HM Revenue & Customs, bringing their tax affairs up to date whilst minimising the penalties.
He takes time to get to know clients, their aspirations and tax affairs to deliver valuable advice that helps them save money while remaining compliant with the latest tax rules.
As well as being CTA qualified, Ben is also a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners member and a Fellow of the AAT.
