The Taunton Round Table Speaker Evening has once again brought the community together, raising vital funds for a worthy local cause.

Sponsored by our firm once again, this year’s event was held at Taunton School and featured acclaimed actor and author Warwick Davis as keynote speaker.

This popular black-tie evening, attended by hundreds of guests, was held in aid of the Samaritans of Taunton and Somerset, a charity dedicated to providing emotional support to anyone in distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide.

The money raised will also help Taunton Round Table support a range of local causes.

The event included a captivating speech from Warwick Davis, who shared anecdotes from his illustrious acting career, including in the Star Wars and Harry Potter franchises.

Guests were also treated to a lively auction featuring a range of exciting lots donated by local businesses, with proceeds going directly to the charity, which raised approximately £15,000 net funds.

In attendance from Milsted Langdon were Partners Nigel Fry, Richard Warwick, Rob Cadwallader, Rob Chedzoy, and Sarah Jenkins, who joined other supporters in celebrating the evening’s success.
